The Stockmen's wranglers will deliver the food and bring along their custom branding cart to allow all of your guests to create their own customer brand that they can burn into some vintage barn wood to take home as their souvenir. Rocky View Brewing Company will supply a flat of their finest microbrew to complete the branding experience. Buyers are encouraged to pick up their auction items in person at the Library in Cochrane. Preferably during the week on Nov. 2-5. If alternate arrangement are needed, please contact Scott Grattidge - Executive Director, Stockmen's Memorial Foundation (403) 932-3782 directly to discuss.

Online Auction Terms & Conditions:
1. Bidding is online and you must register at stockmen.ca or call the office for bidder assistance at 403-932-3782.
2. Auction items can be viewed in person at the Bert Sheppard Library from Tuesday, October 26th through Friday, October 29th from 9:00am -3:00pm and Saturday October 30th from noon to 4:00pm.
3. The successful bidder will be the highest bidder online at the closing of each section.
4. Pick up of Items to be done November 2, 3rd and 5th or call the office to make arrangements.
5. Payment can be made by e-transfer, cheque, cash, debit, or credit card.
6. Bidding begins October 21, 2021.
7. Auction items will begin to close at 7:30 pm on October 30, 2021.
8. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO RETRACTIONS OF BIDS AND NO RETURNS ACCEPTED. All items that are offered by auction may be subject to an opening bid increment.
9. Online auctions begin and end at a predetermined date and time. If bidding occurs within the last 2 minutes the auction will be extended another 2 minutes until bidding has ended.
